The company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the expansion of their warehouse facility in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing the construction of a new attached building, acting as the owner's representative to coordinate between designers, contractors, and authorities. The focus will be on ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget, all while maintaining the operations of the existing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, with experience in managing projects from design through to handover. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Experience with BIM/Revit is a plus. This is initially a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time, offering a chance to grow with the company.
