Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager within the property development team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of property development projects during the building phase. This includes managing project costs, analyzing risks, coordinating procurement, negotiating with design teams and contractors, and monitoring construction progress to ensure everything aligns with quality standards, contractual obligations, and business plans.
You'll be working in Madrid, supporting property development initiatives across Spain. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in project development, with a strong understanding of technical, operational, and engineering support. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with French being a plus. Proficiency in Office software is required, and experience with CAD, Revit, or Sketch-Up would be beneficial.
