Job Description
This company is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their Toronto team. You'll be managing a variety of public, institutional, and private sector projects from design development through to construction. This role involves coordinating with clients, municipal authorities, and internal teams, ensuring quality control and the successful execution of projects.
To be successful, you'll need at least 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on public sector projects and Canadian building codes. While a PMP designation or Architect registration is a plus, proven expertise in building technology and excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Eligibility for security clearance is also a requirement.
