BIM Project Manager
Job Description
This established architecture and design firm is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Project Manager to join their team. You'll be involved in delivering projects from the initial design stages all the way through to construction.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior staff to coordinate project teams, consultants, and clients, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget. You'll also be responsible for project planning, documentation, and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle, as well as liaising with local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of architectural experience, with at least 3-4 years in a project management capacity, and a strong background in public sector or institutional projects. Experience with Canadian building codes and municipal bylaws is essential.
If you're an experienced architectural professional ready for more project responsibility, this could be a great next step.
