Job Description
This company, a structured engineering services firm involved in public-private partnerships, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Milan. You'll be responsible for preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates, using regional price lists for cost estimations.
The role involves managing projects through preliminary, definitive, and executive design phases, as well as overseeing complex contracts and projects. A technical diploma or a degree in Engineering/Architecture is required, along with at least five years of experience in a similar position.
You should be proficient in quantity surveying software like 888 Mastro or Primus, and have a good grasp of CAD software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Revit, or Vectorworks. Strong knowledge of the Office suite and a keen eye for document and regulatory analysis are also essential.
