Job Description
This company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models for various façade systems. This includes assisting with cost planning, preparing budgets, and developing tender proposals.
You'll also be involved in procurement, managing supplier quotations, and negotiating pricing. The role requires you to administer contracts, handle variations, and monitor project costs. Additionally, you'll contribute to value engineering efforts and assess commercial risks. Collaboration with design, engineering, and project management teams is key to ensuring commercial and technical alignment.
