Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role involves creating and updating 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, supporting design teams, and coordinating with various project stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving design conflicts, participating in BIM coordination meetings, and generating quantity take-offs. The ideal candidate will ensure all models and drawings adhere to BIM standards and quality requirements, making necessary updates as project designs evolve.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, along with experience in both architectural and structural projects, is essential. Good communication and collaboration skills are also key.
