Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their team in Turkey. This role involves working on multiple international projects, participating in BIM and coordination meetings with multinational stakeholders, and resolving model coordination issues. You'll also provide technical support and training on BIM processes to team members and stay updated on national and international BIM standards. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing drawings and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
To be successful in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, along with 1-2 years of experience in BIM model and data coordination, is essential. A general understanding of national and international BIM standards is also required.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and fluent in English.
