This role is for a GIS Specialist to join a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You'll be responsible for managing Geographic Information Systems to support the entire lifecycle of the project's assets, from planning through to handover. This involves using ESRI-based platforms to provide crucial geospatial insights and ensuring data integrates smoothly with other project systems, including BIM and CAD. You will be expected to review and integrate GIS data submitted by consultants and contractors, making sure it aligns with project standards. A key part of the job is conducting spatial analyses and creating maps and dashboards to aid decision-making. You'll also be involved in validating data accuracy, documenting workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to manage permitting and interfaces. The position requires someone with a strong background in GIS, ideally with experience on large-scale urban development projects.
