This role involves conducting field surveys for instrumentation and control equipment within operating Oil & Gas plants in the UAE. You'll be identifying and verifying various instruments, collecting crucial data, and comparing it against engineering documentation like P&IDs and datasheets. A key part of the job is recognizing different instrumentation types and understanding their applications and installation details. You'll need a good grasp of industrial instrumentation, including pressure, temperature, and flow instruments, as well as control valves and their accessories. The ability to read and interpret essential instrumentation documents is important. Experience with SAP systems, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Fiori, and SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), would be a strong advantage. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a significant Tags Registration Project. You'll be based in Abu Dhabi, with time spent on-site in challenging field environments. The contract is for 12 months, with potential for extension, and includes a rotation schedule.
