Job Description
This role is for a Site Technician focused on materials control in Sherbrooke, Quebec. You'll be spending most of your time on construction sites in the Estrie region, ensuring the quality of work and materials.
Your main responsibilities will include checking materials like granular, concrete, and asphalt, taking samples, performing tests, and documenting everything. You'll also be involved in reporting any non-conformities and collaborating with project stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
The company is looking for someone with a relevant DEC or AEC, or equivalent experience, and at least two years in materials control or site work. Familiarity with MTQ and Hydro-Québec standards is a plus, as is an ACI Level 1 certification and an ASP Construction card. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are necessary.
