Job Description
This role is for a qualified building technician with a focus on structural engineering, specifically within building maintenance. You'll be responsible for managing and executing repair, renovation, and refurbishment projects in existing buildings. This involves everything from initial assessments and cost calculations to coordinating trades, reviewing bids, and overseeing the construction process on-site.
You'll also handle the administrative side, including preparing technical specifications, managing tender processes, and processing invoices. Experience with construction contract law, relevant German building regulations (VOB, HOAI, DIN norms), and safety standards is essential. The company offers a supportive team environment and the possibility of up to 50% home office after settling in.
