This role is for a Senior Structural BIM Technician/Modeler who will be responsible for creating complex structural BIM models and associated deliverables. You'll work with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of your tasks while also supporting the BIM Manager and guiding junior team members. You'll be involved in producing drawings, sheets, and schedules, and will play a key part in multidisciplinary coordination, including clash detection. The company values attention to detail and the ability to mentor others, so you'll also contribute to maintaining model quality and onboarding new staff.
