This role involves preparing detailed structural drawings, including general arrangements, reinforced concrete detailing, and bar bending schedules. You'll ensure all drawings meet project specifications and company standards, while also conducting quantity estimates for reinforcement bars. Technical Revit operations and adherence to BIM Execution Plans are key aspects of this position. You'll collaborate with other disciplines, maintain accuracy in construction documents, and manage drawing sheet formats for various projects. The role also includes exporting files for internal and external collaboration and performing quality checks on drawings. You'll assist senior technicians, build an understanding of design concepts, and participate in training to share knowledge. The company is looking for someone with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, who is proficient in Revit Structures, AutoCAD, and Dynamo. Experience with BIM360 and programming in Python, C++, or C# is highly valued. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
