Job Description
The company is seeking a Permitting CAD Specialist to join their team. This role involves a significant amount of CAD design, primarily using Civil 3D to create basemaps essential for obtaining permits. The position is fully remote, operating Monday through Friday on a first shift schedule.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in CAD design and a strong understanding of the permitting process, particularly within the power utilities sector. While a high school diploma is required, a degree in a related technical field and experience with Civil 3D are considered advantageous. Previous support for Duke Energy within the power distribution industry would also be a plus.
