Job Description
The company is seeking a Project Interface Manager to oversee and coordinate interfaces across various teams for major projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, construction, client, vendor, and stakeholder groups.
The primary goal is to establish and maintain an effective interface management system. This involves ensuring seamless coordination between internal disciplines, external contractors, and the client, as well as resolving interface issues promptly to prevent delays and scope creep. The position is key to the safe and efficient execution of complex projects, particularly in brownfield and multi-package settings.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 15-20 years of experience in EPC projects, with at least 5-8 years specifically in interface management. Proven experience with mega-projects, offshore and brownfield environments, and a strong understanding of the Middle East market are essential. Familiarity with interface management systems, EPC lifecycle, SIMOPS coordination, and project planning is also required.
