Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior MEP Tendering Engineer to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves analyzing project requirements, specifications, and bills of quantities to create accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions. You'll be responsible for compiling all necessary tender documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders to gather information and negotiate pricing, and evaluating proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
The position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, with proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Primavera P6. You'll also conduct risk assessments and cost analysis to support tendering decisions and participate in commercial and technical negotiations. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation, specifically within infrastructure and water features projects.
