Job Description
This company is looking for an MEP Engineer to join their team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You'll be working on a variety of building and industrial projects, focusing on the design, review, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This role involves ensuring designs meet both local and international standards, and collaborating closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate services smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include preparing technical drawings, conducting site inspections, and resolving any installation challenges. You'll also support project managers with documentation and reporting, while aiming to optimize system performance for safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is required, along with experience in MEP design or construction, and proficiency in software like AutoCAD or Revit.
