Job Description
The company is looking for a CVC Studies Officer to join their team in Nantes, France. This role involves working on technical studies and creating graphic documents for new and existing buildings, ensuring they meet project specifications.
You'll be responsible for gathering project information, producing detailed plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and verifying designs. This includes creating sales plans, performing self-checks, and submitting your work for validation. You'll also conduct technical calculations and prepare written specifications.
This position requires at least two years of experience in a design office, with a strong understanding of various project types, including new builds and renovations. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
