Job Description
The company is looking for an MEP Engineer who holds a valid UAE-approved engineering license. This role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects for building and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to regulations, quality, and project timelines.
The position requires reviewing and coordinating MEP system designs, preparing essential project documents like shop drawings and BOQs, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. A key part of the role is managing site supervision, testing, and commissioning of MEP services, while also ensuring compliance with UAE authority requirements and safety standards.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination, is essential. Good communication and site management skills are also important.
