Job Description
This role is for a Project Engineer in Building Services Engineering, focusing on the technical, functional, and economic planning, tendering, construction supervision, and billing of building services systems. You'll be responsible for assessing existing building services installations like heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire suppression systems, and developing maintenance and upkeep concepts.
You will also act on behalf of the client, managing external engineering firms and participating in relevant committees. A degree in building services engineering or a related field, along with several years of experience in planning, tendering, and site management of technical building equipment, is required. Proficiency in AVA, CAD, and MS Office is essential, as is a driver's license and willingness to perform on-site supervision.
Basic knowledge of BIM would be a plus. This is an opportunity to actively shape projects within a forward-thinking organization.
