Job Description
This role involves ensuring that AC primary, protection, and auxiliary power systems are correctly installed, tested, and operating reliably for HVDC projects. You'll be responsible for executing commissioning activities, conducting various tests, and troubleshooting to meet project specifications and safety standards.
The position requires hands-on experience with electrical commissioning of AC protection and auxiliary systems, as well as HV substations. You'll also prepare detailed test procedures, compile test records, and collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless system integration and provide technical support.
A degree in Electrical or Power Engineering and around 5 years of commissioning experience are essential, along with fluency in English and German. The role also demands a strong commitment to safety, proficiency with test equipment, and flexibility for travel.
