Job Description
This role is for an AIT Mechanical/Electrical Engineer in Friedrichshafen, Germany, focusing on the aerospace industry. The company is looking for someone to bridge the gap between their clients and project teams, driving exciting initiatives.
In this position, you will be responsible for structuring the payload logic based on technical information from all AIT trades. This includes creating work instructions for cleanroom assembly, conducting validation and testing, and managing technical coordination with client design teams. You will also define interfaces for ground support equipment and develop schedules for AIT activities within satellite programs.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field, with good German and English language skills. Experience in the aerospace industry, cleanroom work, and ground support equipment is beneficial. This is an opportunity to contribute to European space sovereignty within an international team.
