Job Description
This company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in HVAC and Plumbing for large-scale projects. You'll be responsible for managing projects ranging from 7 to 20 million euros, covering both new builds and renovations. This includes everything from client relations and ensuring projects stay on track with deadlines, costs, and quality, to overseeing teams and subcontractors.
You'll need to have a strong background in HVAC and plumbing, ideally with experience managing significant construction sites. The ability to foster trust with clients and stakeholders, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
