Job Description
This role involves taking responsibility for the maintenance and development of technical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and specialized equipment at Hamburg Airport. You'll be developing technical concepts, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and contributing to future-proof building services standards.
You will also manage external planners and contractors for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring technical and economic goals are met. This includes acting as the owner's representative in facility management processes for building services and coordinating with various stakeholders.
The position requires a degree in building services engineering or a related field, with several years of experience in planning and implementing TGA projects. Familiarity with relevant regulations, SAP, and MS Office is essential. A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach, along with strong communication and teamwork skills, is key.
