Job Description
This role is for a BIM specialist focused on building services engineering, working on a variety of industrial, commercial, and public projects, some of which may be international. You'll be responsible for the early stages of planning, from initial assessment through to detailed design and tender preparation, with a particular emphasis on HVAC and sanitary systems for new builds and renovations.
You'll collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure high-quality planning documents and support project management with technical expertise. The ideal candidate has a degree in building services or a related field, or equivalent technical training, along with some experience in building services planning. Strong knowledge of HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers) and a meticulous approach to detailed design are essential.
If you're looking to contribute your detailed planning skills to diverse projects within a supportive team environment, this could be a great fit.
