The company is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Oman. This role involves planning and executing all types of maintenance, including outages and overhauls, for plant equipment. You'll be responsible for managing work orders through SAP, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring all necessary preparations for maintenance tasks are completed. You will also play a key part in reporting daily activities, managing spare parts, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, and investigating any incidents to prevent recurrence. The role also involves budget preparation and cost monitoring for the maintenance section. Furthermore, you'll be expected to troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance to the maintenance team, and perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. Identifying root causes of non-conformances and implementing corrective actions will be crucial. The company values strong communication skills, computer literacy, and experience with SAP.
