Job Description
This company is looking for a senior mechanical building technician in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You'll be working on a variety of institutional, residential, and commercial projects, focusing on plumbing, heating, and ventilation design. Your role will involve understanding client needs, ensuring the quality of plans, and coordinating with drafters.
You will also be involved in site surveys and collaborating with project management teams on complex projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-performance building designs and work within a team that values knowledge sharing and autonomy.
The ideal candidate has a DEC in Building Mechanics or equivalent, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong French language skills are essential.
