Job Description
This role is for a Business Manager specializing in HVAC for large-scale projects, particularly in the tertiary and data center sectors. You'll be responsible for managing budgets and schedules for projects exceeding 3 million euros, overseeing internal and external studies, and coordinating with purchasing departments for supplier and subcontractor consultations.
You will also be involved in site supervision, guiding site managers and subcontractors from project start to commissioning. This includes organizing internal meetings and participating in client and planning discussions, all while ensuring safety compliance and managing work progress reports.
The company is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC, with specific knowledge of data centers being a requirement. A degree at the BAC +5 level is expected, and you'll be provided with a company car.
