Job Description
This role is for a VDC/BIM Coordinator in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The company is looking for someone to oversee specific high-priority jobs, integrating construction teams and systems into a collaborative process.
You'll be responsible for much of the layout, input, coordination, shop drawing creation, and as-builts for your assigned projects. While you'll work independently on day-to-day tasks, you'll receive support and review from the VDC/BIM Manager. Keeping the manager updated on job status is key for effective resource allocation.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and is proficient in Blue Beam, Revit MEP, and Navisworks. Experience with electrical layout in Revit is a plus. A passion for learning and continuous improvement is essential.
