Job Description
This role is for a VDC Engineer to lead digital delivery processes within the Advanced Manufacturing sector. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing VDC/BIM strategies, aligning technologies with project goals, and defining digital delivery scopes.
Your day-to-day will involve creating BIM Execution Plans, integrating VDC tasks like 4D scheduling and 5D cost analysis, and managing the Common Data Environment. You'll also lead clash detection, serve as a BIM subject matter expert, and oversee reality capture for progress reporting.
This position requires strong experience with BIM software, laser scanning, and onsite leadership. You'll collaborate with clients and trade partners, manage model quality, and provide technical support to field teams.
