Job Description
This role is for someone looking to grow their career in building mechanics, specifically focusing on mechanical systems like plumbing, HVAC, and energy management. You'll be involved in 2D and 3D design and modeling, helping to draft technical specifications, and contributing to feasibility studies. The position also includes performing engineering calculations, selecting equipment, and conducting site surveys to gather data on existing installations. You'll also assist with partial work supervision and site follow-ups.
The company is seeking individuals with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, ideally with a specialization in building mechanics. A strong interest in Revit and a desire to develop your skills with this software are important. Good communication and teamwork abilities, along with adaptability and resourcefulness, are also key. Membership with the OIQ, or being in the process of registering, is required.
