You'll be responsible for overseeing detailed architectural drawings and design documentation, using software like Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino. A key part of the role is coordinating design efforts with other teams, like Electro-Mechanical and Structural, to ensure integrated design solutions. You'll also mentor junior architects, provide technical direction, and present design concepts in project and client meetings. This position requires at least 10 years of architectural design experience, with a proven track record in leadership. Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino is essential, as is a solid understanding of construction practices and a keen eye for design aesthetics and functionality.
