Job Description
This company is looking for an HVAC BIM Lead or Assistant BIM Manager to join their team in Noida, India. You'll be overseeing HVAC modeling and drafting for commercial and residential projects, working closely with an Australian MEP consultancy.
Your main responsibilities will include managing project timelines, leading clash coordination meetings using Navisworks Manage, and ensuring BIM standards are met. You'll also be setting up Revit project templates, creating families, and automating sheet production.
This role requires someone with 5-6 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, particularly in HVAC, and advanced skills in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. You'll be the main technical contact for the Sydney-based engineering team and will mentor junior staff.
