Job Description
This company is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi for a significant offshore subsea project. You'll be responsible for establishing and managing the project's quality system, ensuring all activities from engineering to handover meet ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
Your role will involve leading QA/QC teams, overseeing inspections and testing across various project phases, and managing vendor quality. You'll also conduct audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all quality documentation is in order for project handover.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of QA/QC experience in the oil and gas or energy sector, with a strong background in offshore projects and at least 7 years in a management role. A degree in engineering and relevant certifications like ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
