Job Description
This role is for a senior landscape architect who will lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects. You'll be responsible for driving innovation, managing teams, and engaging with clients. This position involves hands-on project leadership, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the studio's growth through thought leadership and business development.
You will also be involved in managing project budgets, defining team roles, and ensuring deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements. A strong understanding of architectural and urban planning principles, as well as the ability to develop innovative design solutions tailored to specific site conditions, is essential.
