BIM Lead
Job Description
This role is all about leading BIM efforts on complex projects, focusing on creating high-quality 3D models. You'll be guiding the digital delivery process, ensuring models and drawings meet project standards, and championing BIM best practices across the team.
You'll interpret project plans and sketches to build detailed models in Revit, manage documentation, and support project teams with digital workflows. This includes collaborating with construction teams for field drawings and facilitating 3D coordination between different disciplines.
The company is looking for someone with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, who understands 3D modeling and collaborative BIM processes. Experience with developing BIM families and managing project data is key, as is the ability to turn directions into tangible project deliverables.
If you're ready to take the lead in BIM, this could be your next step.
