This role involves understanding the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimates and contracts to final closeout. You'll be responsible for managing the design development process, ensuring that logistical constraints and buildability are considered throughout. This position requires leading and motivating a project team to achieve company and project objectives. You will also be the key point of contact, maintaining strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and other trade project managers to ensure the smooth execution of the work. A significant part of the role involves reviewing and pricing changes to the original scope, managing change order requests, and initiating logs to track project coordination. You'll also work closely with a project planner to develop and maintain the project schedule, coordinating design, manufacturing, and installation activities.
