You'll be in charge of leading and developing your team, ensuring the department's workload is managed effectively, and fostering continuous improvement. A key part of the role is coordinating product lines from design in Cherbourg to manufacturing in Brest, while also contributing to technical innovation and cost optimization. This position requires a strong background in fluid mechanics or process engineering, with proven experience in team management and complex system design or thermodynamic simulations.
