This role is for a BIM Model Manager based in Pennington, New Jersey. The company is looking for someone to take charge of setting up and maintaining MEP Revit models from project initiation. This involves managing project information, coordinates, views, and sheets, as well as generating BIM elements according to project specifications and BIM Execution Plans. The position requires a strong understanding of architectural and engineering documentation, with the ability to accurately model BIM elements in Revit. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and producing discipline-specific documentation. A key part of the role involves coordinating designs with other disciplines through reviews and 3D coordination processes, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of drafting experience with Revit on building projects, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and advanced skills in 3D design and coordination software.
