This role is about leading the digital transformation in design and construction. You'll guide teams, manage model environments, and ensure high-quality digital deliverables from start to finish.
You will oversee BIM/VDC coordinators, manage model accuracy and coordination, and develop digital delivery plans. This involves setting up project models, maintaining document systems, and providing technical support to production teams. Clear communication of schedules and leading coordination meetings are key.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in BIM and VDC, with expertise in Revit and Navisworks. A deep understanding of interdisciplinary coordination and proven ability to manage digital models throughout project lifecycles are essential.
