This company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team, working across both New York and Florida. You'll be responsible for setting the BIM strategy, ensuring models are coordinated, and leading the BIM team to deliver high-quality results.
The role involves collaborating with design and construction teams, integrating BIM with 4D/5D planning, and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards. You'll also be involved in supporting scan-to-BIM and digital twin projects.
To be successful, you'll need strong skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, along with a solid understanding of construction workflows and site coordination. Previous leadership experience in BIM is essential.
