Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager in the United States to lead the implementation and development of advanced BIM and computational design methods for Electrical Energy projects. This role involves driving operational standards, ensuring process adherence with Autodesk Revit, and supporting project workflows within the Digital Transformation department. You'll be responsible for user adoption, training, and establishing digital design standards.
Your day-to-day will focus on driving the adoption of Autodesk Revit and related software, evaluating new technologies, and staying current with best practices. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design, documentation, and technology standards, including software templates and tools. Automation of processes using Dynamo or scripting languages will be a key part of this role, as will coordinating with QA/QC teams and stakeholders to strategize project delivery and company operations.
You will work closely with leadership and project teams to ensure their needs are met, creating technology evaluations and budgets that align with corporate goals. This position requires you to serve as a subject matter expert in 3D Design and BIM, providing training on internal workflows and processes, and creating training materials for new hires and ongoing education. You'll also support project teams with BIM setup, execution planning, and resolving design issues.
If you have a strong background in BIM, expertise with Autodesk Revit, and experience with parametric modeling and visual programming languages, this role offers a chance to shape digital design strategies and contribute to critical infrastructure projects.
