Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler Lead to join their team in Portland, Oregon. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality modeling and drawing production on complex projects, while also helping to develop and improve BIM standards.
In this role, you'll lead BIM modeling efforts, create detailed construction drawings and 3D models using Revit, and oversee 3D coordination for clash detection. You'll also work with field teams on layouts and prefabrication drawings, and mentor junior modelers. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, along with a strong understanding of 3D modeling and coordination principles.
The company offers a salary range of $100K-$125K per year, along with benefits like medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a matching 401k.
