Job Description
The company is looking for a Planning Manager to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on overseeing and optimizing the scheduling and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-rise development projects. The successful candidate will translate design intentions into detailed schedules and resource plans to ensure smooth project execution.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining MEP project schedules from the initial design phase through to project handover. Collaboration with architectural and structural teams will be key to prevent conflicts and ensure constructability. You'll also leverage BIM models, specifically Revit, for accurate spatial planning and clash detection, and manage a team of planning and AutoCAD engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of experience planning MEP systems for high-rise buildings. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with a strong understanding of MEP systems and their interdependencies. Excellent communication and team management skills are also required.
