This role is for a Design Build Manager on large, complex P3 and design build projects. You'll oversee design requirements from the initial pursuit through to project completion, working closely with the Construction Manager and preconstruction team. Your responsibilities will include managing design schedules, ensuring compliance, and contributing to subcontract packages and risk mitigation. You'll need over 7 years of experience managing design-build processes, ideally on healthcare, institutional, or cultural projects. A strong understanding of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and a post-secondary education in a related field are essential. Proficiency with MS Office and a good grasp of construction documents, budgets, and current practices are required. Experience with Revit and Navisworks would be an asset.
