Job Description
The company is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to oversee their engineering department and take charge of complex industrial refrigeration projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about technical excellence and developing their team.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently design an ammonia system from the ground up. This includes selecting pipes and vessels using curves and tables, proficiency with software like Coolselector, and experience with two-stage and water/glycol systems. A solid grasp of thermodynamics and experience with projects involving numerous compressors are also essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering, coupled with over 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration system design, including management, is required. Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills are crucial for success in this position.
