Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee the on-site execution of complex building and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves leading MEP works, coordinating with other teams to avoid clashes, and ensuring all installations meet project specifications and local codes.
You'll be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards through site inspections and resolving any non-conformances. The position also requires supporting the commercial team with subcontractor valuations and managing the commissioning and handover process, including obtaining approvals and closing out O&M documentation.
A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of MEP construction management experience are essential. A strong track record in delivering major building and infrastructure projects, along with in-depth knowledge of GCC authority regulations and BIM coordination, is also required.
