Job Description
This company is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer in Delft, Netherlands. You'll be joining an international engineering and consultancy firm focused on the energy transition, utilities, and industry. This role is directly with the client, not a secondment.
You will lead a team of junior and mid-level engineers, guiding their development and contributing to the growth of the Electrical Engineering practice. This involves designing and calculating electrical installations, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with other disciplines. You'll also play a part in securing new assignments and strengthening client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, experience with client contact, and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential. Fluency in Dutch is required for client interactions.
