Job Description
This company is looking for a VDC/BIM Manager to oversee digital engineering and virtual design and construction on large, complex projects. You'll be instrumental in driving the coordination process, ensuring a balanced outcome for all stakeholders involved, and supporting project teams with logistics, space planning, and identifying critical path items.
Your role will involve developing BIM Execution Plans and digital engineering strategies to meet client goals, as well as creating 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, and 7D models for various project phases. You'll also be responsible for managing project data, reporting on KPIs, and providing training on software and tools to project teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of VDC experience, with a proven track record of leading VDC on multiple large projects. Strong skills in 3D parametric modeling and model coordination software are essential, along with the ability to mentor and train teams.
